Pick up from Mc Ellys Hotel at 09:00am, drive with picnic lunch to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive.
Tarangire National Park covers 2,600 square kilometers and at dry times, the concentration of animal’s rivals that of the much better known Serengeti – the game numbers are staggering: E.g. 30,000 Zebras, 25,000 Wildebeests, 5,000 Buffaloes, 3,000 Elephants, 2,500 Maasai Giraffes and over 1,000 Fringe-eared Oryx’s (gemsbok), Predators include Lions, Cheetah and Leopards.
Also flocks of birds: E.g. Green Wood Hoopoes, Fisher Lovebirds, white bellied go-away birds and giant kingfishers. Dinner and overnight at Jambo campsite. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Early at 6.00am have a cup of coffee and drive to Maasai Boma where you will experience the rhythm of this nomadic tribe’s daily life. Subject to the season, witness the livestock movement in the early morning before meeting the Elders, Moran warriors and women and children with full explanations’ into the status and ranking within the families as well as their traditions and beliefs.
Drive back at 08:00am for breakfast, after breakfast drive to Ngorongoro, Descend 610 meters into Ngorongoro Crater floor for 6 hours game viewing with picnic lunch. Spot the endangered black Rhinos, Lions, Elephants, Zebras, Buffaloes and wildebeest and other wild animals.
Also in Ngorongoro Crater Soda Lake you will see many species of birds including Flamingos. All these animals in turn support large predators such as Lions and Leopards, and scavengers such as Hyenas and Jackals. Dinner and overnight at Simba campsite(Crater rim). Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
After early breakfast, drive one kilometer from simba campsite, start walking through acacia forest, have a nice view of crater – 15km with Maasai warriors, armed range, donkeys to carry water, your bags, food and cooking facilities,
In this area you will see a lot of birds and wild animals e.g Elephants, Bufaloes, Bushbacks, zebras, monkeys etc.

After early breakfast, also accompanied with Maasai warriors, trek 17 KLM on the crater rim from Leianai to Ilkiepusi – 5-6 hours.
Also you will pass Ngorongoro Highland forest and see many wild animals eg Zebras, Wildebeest, Elephants, Giraffes, birds etc, also crater view.
Dinner and overnight at Ilkiepusi Bush camp. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
